CRA has changed the rules for 2013 tax year return netfiling. However our 2013 software was not built-in such feature. It only creates .tax file for your tax return and CRA has removed the web site for accepting the .tax file. Hence you have to mail the paper return to CRA for 2013 or previous tax year returns.
